The 4th of September.  Today has not gone as planned. I was going to go to the gym this afternoon and then go round the corner for street food this evening. However, after a massive sleep (and yet more dreams about Becky and James' wedding - my brain obviously doesn't understand that it's done now), this morning I found myself in the bathroom multiple times and with a very uncomfortable and upset tummy.

I would not have been able to effectively work out feeling like this, so I got changed out of my gym clothes again. Instead, I spent my afternoon watching the finale of Hannibal (satisfying? I don't know) and Nashville while I made some fox hat ears.

I also decided to have a bath. I wasn't allowed to while I had the line in my leg, and this is the first opportunity I've had to be able to have one since the stitches came out. I put an episode of Dexter on the iPad while I did a serious amount of exfoliating. A slightly worrying thing happened in that I seem to have lost part of a toenail. I know mine are messed up with GvHD but it's been a long time since I lost any nails.

This evening I am going to have a really simple tea and hope I keep it. Stupid stomach.

The 5th of September.

I have to try to do this with football commentary blaring at me because Daddy is watching England vs San Marino and feels the need for surround sound. I'm trying to be extra nice so he lets me foster kittens.

This morning I read the paper with all its supplements and got anxious waiting for the CPS lady to come (her name is Jackie so I should refer to her as that). My tummy has been a bit better today but it still isn't 100%. I am just eating simple foods.

Jackie arrived just after one and we talked cats. Just what I'd be expected to do, what they do, what happens in different situations. Apparently certain people want very specific-looking cats and don't expect them to have a personality. We showed her the room we thought the kittens might live in which she was happy with, there was just a little bit of kitten-proofing that needed to be done - remove things we really don't want broken or eaten etc. We didn't really have any questions for her, so after an hour, she went on her way and I just have to let her know when we've made our decision.

I'd call her tomorrow, but we need to convince Daddy. I think he thinks we're meant to house train them etc but they've already done that, we'd just be providing a home until someone can adopt them.

For the rest of the day, I finished the last fox hat only to find out the recipient actually wanted it for a baby. Gah!

The 6th & 7th; I really don't want to have to stab myself forever.
