The 11th & 12th; My liver tests are remarkably good!
The 11th of March. This morning did not go completely as planned - I was hoping to do some serious writing but I felt really quite shitty. No particular reason, I just felt kind of off kilter about everything, but after some lunch of fancy beans on toast (Heinz Five Beans instead of standard baked beans), I perked up a bit.
This afternoon, I did get some done, but I'm not sure how good it was. Becky came round after school and I told her about the weird dream I had last night in which we were both pregnant and James was angry because her scan didn't look like the pictures in books that he'd seen.
Tonight I'm super tired so I'm going to feel brilliant by the end of Friday after the next three days of appointments.
The 12th of March.
I am writing this on Thursday morning as last night I was a bit too squiffy to be writing any sort of sense. I'll do my best.
Yesterday was busy busy. Mommy took Grandma to church, then we both went to the chiropractor. I talked to Trine about my knee issues, and she thinks if it happens again, I should get an MRI because she thinks it could only be cartilage or a bit of bone that's come off and got lodged in a bad place. Upon our return, she had to go back out to get Grandma.
Once she came back from that trip, she barely had time to eat some lunch before we had to go out to liver clinic. James was running an hour and a half late, so I got all of Vogue and the "miss vogue" that came with it read. He said my liver tests are "remarkably good. Remarkably good!" Which I always like to hear.
From there, we went straight to The White Swan for the Old Hallfieldians Reunion. I met up with Sadie and went inside to find Tim Venner and loads of wine! The evening then consisted of us getting steadily tipsier and eating bits of the nibbles provided. We both left at eight, and when I got home I scoffed a hot cross bun and drank a lot of water. I didn't want photopheresis with a hangover.
