The 16th & 17th; You do not test my mother.
The 16th of February.
I wonder how late I would sleep if I didn't set my alarm. I'm so tired, and it's not like I had a late night or have had a particularly exhausting day. Maybe I'll do an experiment one day, before I have to do the sleep diary again.
This morning, I wrote up a blog post, but couldn't post it because the photos wouldn't upload. I'll have to try it again, doing the images individually instead of in a stack. Once I'd given up on that (for the time being), I picked up the front of my jumper and proceeded to tie up all the loose ends and tighten some of the stitches. I think it is wearable, but I'll only know when it's assembled.
After lunch, I pinned out the front and back of the jumper, then got started on the sleeves while watching the last two episodes of season six of The Walking Dead. They were not pleasant. I think I will skip the start of the next season - I have read ahead and I don't want to see what happens.
The 17th of February.
I did not try my sleeping in experiment this morning, because we decided to have a bit of an earlier night and I'm not tired tonight because I had an extra coffee mid-afternoon, and that has picked me up.
I have spent my day finishing off the first sleeve, to the background sounds of Sunday Brunch this morning and Dirty John this afternoon. I was super excited to find out it had come to Netflix, and I thought Mommy would enjoy it, so we watched the first two episodes. The first one isn't great because it involves a lot of setting up, so it's a bit slow, but in the second one it gets good.
The knitting was broken up by lunch, a hairwash and Mommy getting severely pissed off at the person from Aviva who phoned, because it was outside the time they said they'd phone, they wanted to speak to Daddy (despite going through everything with her a few days ago), claiming they hadn't spoken to her (when she was speaking to the exact same person as before) and being generally awful. It was very funny. You do not test my mother.
