The 19th & 20th; Rather the worse for wear.
The 19th of April.
Oh boy, I was rather the worse for wear this morning. When I first got up, I nearly fell over. I wasn't still drunk, but my leg muscles were obviously so tired from all of the walking around in heels I did yesterday, they just didn't want to do anything.
I had porridge for breakfast (eventually - the first bowl exploded in the microwave), then spent the rest of my morning trying to write about yesterday, which was tricky as my brain didn't really want to function. Also has to try to estimate the amount of alcohol units I consumed for the sleep diary. Quite a lot! It's a good thing I don't do it often.
This afternoon, I have been watching whatever I could find on the TV, knitting, and trying not to fall asleep. Christine made me a small coffee at three which did perk me up a little, but I'm still definitely going to appreciate my bed tonight.
The 20th of April.
I feel much better today. Didn't have a good night because I was too warm and my throat hurt so I gave my sleep quality a score of one (out of three) on my sleep diary this morning.
Despite the pleasantly warm weather, I have not gone outside. I've worn a dress and not been cold though, which is practically unheard of for me. We are going out later for dinner, to The Bracebridge. It used to be The Boathouse, but it has changed owners and has just reopened, so we're going to investigate.
For most of the day, I have been making the first sleeve of my jumper. It looks like I am going to run out of the main colour (even though the pattern says I shouldn't) and I'm not going to be able to get any more until after Easter, which is most frustrating. Plus I'm going to have to pay for postage twice, ugh.
