The 17th & 18th; A most productive day!
The 17th of November.
I think politics might have had a rest today. No major Brexit events (that I'm aware of, anyway).
This morning, while watching Saturday Kitchen, I wrote up a blog post, then I got started on Christine's crocheted Christmas present. I bet that's hard to say out loud three times fast. I figured it is more important to do the Christmas presents and get them finished before my jumper. That can wait.
After lunch, Mommy went to Grandma's, Daddy went to into the garden, and I managed to watch two episodes of The Walking Dead, including the one where Lori dies and I won't deny that I did a small cry.
Obviously there was crocheting, and I think I've nearly finished the ever-so-dull section I've been working on for the past several days. When Mommy got back, I returned to Christine's gift. Got to the end of an element of that, and now I'm present-hunting online again.
The 18th of November.
I have had a most productive day!
It didn't start off brilliantly, as I walked into a doorframe, and I am just hoping it doesn't bruise. However, it immediately improved because I'd read that Rita Ora was going to be on Sunday Brunch, but that must have been incorrect, because she wasn't! Not to be cruel, but she irritates me so much, I was really very pleased that she wasn't there.
I haven't really moved much, but my hands have been very busy, to the point that I have finished Christine's Christmas present! It is adorable and great. Plus, while I worked, I watched The Emperor's New Groove on Channel 4, Disney's most underrated film. Now I'm watching Back to the Future, which I don't think I've actually ever seen in its entirety before. And I won't this evening because it'll be time for tea before it ends.
I am struggling to choose Christmas cards for people. There are too many that I enjoy.
