The 19th & 20th; Tired of it.
The 19th of November.
This week is essentially me counting down to the Anthony Nolan Awards on Thursday. I'm so excited!
I had a really weird night because I think there was something going on with the oxygen that made it sound like there was a bee in my pillow. I don't know how or why, but I hope it doesn't happen again tonight. I am not well rested.
This morning, I wrote up a blog post, then my wool for Daddy's Christmas present came (I couldn't make it with wool I already have) so I have started that. I don't have to wait for him to go out to work on it because he never really pays attention to what I'm making until it's finished.
After lunch, I had a chiro appointment, and I was able to enter through the front door today! Up until now I have been using the back entrance because it's a shorter distance and there are no steps. I had to get my breath back for a while, but it's better than before. Very few problems this time! A few crunches here and there, but nothing really painful for Trine to work on. To be fair, I haven't really moved around enough to strain anything.
I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here has started. I don't think I can cope with this much Barrowman. Maybe I'll just vote for him to do all the trials.
The 20th of November.
It is quite a sad state of affairs when it is nicer to watch The Walking Dead all morning than the news. I am just so tired of it.
Mommy went into town this morning for (I believe) Christmas present shopping, so I got busy working on her present. I think I got a good three hours in, which sounds like a long time, but it didn't feel like I got that much done. I did move on to the next section of the pattern which is at least a change. I will get there!
She came back with a salted pretzel from the German market for my lunch (yaaaaas), so I munched on that while we watched Liam Bakes from last night.
This afternoon, I got dressed (I spent the morning in my pyjamas) and listened to the new episode of Flatshare Slamdown, which was a lovely surprise to find in my podcast app. Back downstairs, I went back to Daddy's present and when Mommy returned from Grandma's, we watched last night's Criminal Minds.
It doesn't sound much, but I have had a very pleasant day.
