The 29th & 30th; People are twerps.
The 29th of April.
I am in a much better mood today. This morning Mommy and I went to Nicole's so I could return some adoption paperwork (one of her cats that was adopted has had to come back into branch because the people are twerps) and Jen was there too, so we had a lovely time having tea and biscuits and putting the world to rights. All three of Nicole's cats came to say hello, even Maisie who is very selective about people became my friend! We shared many stories of silly cat people, and we've decided we're glad the chaps didn't come. If the adoption centre have space, they'll take Falcon and I'm sure he'll be snapped up immediately.
This afternoon, I've been crocheting beagle legs. When I saw Desiree Burch at Mach last year, I told her I'd make her a beagle. I'm seeing her again this year, and I don't know if she'll remember, but if she does and I haven't made it, that will be awkward. I've got four legs now, and I think ears next.
The 30th of April.
I feel like I have little to report today. This morning I had a chiro appointment, which my upper back definitely required. Don't quite know how but across my shoulders had got all sad. Had a good few crunches through there while Trine and I discussed Line of Duty.
Back home, we had lunch, then I made the beagle head while watching The Story of God with Morgan Freeman. It's apparently the third series, which is a shame because it means I've missed two already and I would have found them interesting. In this one, he was exploring the concept of the devil, talking to an exorcist from the Vatican, and to a man who's had repeated exorcisms. I wonder if Nick (Uncle Jeremy's brother who is a fancy bishop and has met all the popes) knows any of them.
When I'd finished the head, I went to sit with Falcon for a bit, and I watched the first two episodes of season one of Lucifer. I didn't get into it before but it's on Amazon Prime so I thought I'd give it a go. Principal Wood from Buffy is on it as an angel (but quite a menacing one). I like it!
