The 19th & 20th; They are so good.
The 19th of May.
Much better sleep. Went to bed after the last Eurovision song, had a Zopiclone, conked out.
Therefore, I have felt much better today. I did a blog post, and managed to sort of rectify a problem I've been having with bulk uploading images. Well, the issue isn't fixed, because it seems to be with the SquareSpace blogging app, so I have to use the main site app instead. It's tedious, but it'll do.
I got in touch with the other potential adopter, and she and her family were able to come this afternoon. When they arrived, the kittens all shot behind the chair, but they soon came back out again. They were being very wriggly, and it took us ages to find the right ones for them to look at (Frankie and Faith). I would grab one, calm it down, then look at its belly to determine who it was. The daughter was having a lovely time with Faith and Faraday, but Steph (the mum/person I've been speaking to) really bonded with Frankie, and they are looking for a companion for her so that's really the best fit. Her poor husband kept doing his best to leave and eventually they tore themselves away. Then I had sleepy Fabian, Fabio and Frankie on my lap while I finished season 2 of Lucifer. They are so good.
The 20th of May.
Two more kittens reserved!
I'm going to have to decide on my next knitting or crochet project because at the moment I am just whiling away the days watching TV with the kittens and it is not productive.
This morning, I did do some trawling of the internet to find the next thing to make, but I only really like jumpers and that's not sensible because I can't store them. I want to make some trousers but the kit is £90 and it's a lot to shell out. I think I might have to just keep knitting cat blankets until inspiration strikes.
This afternoon, the other potential adopter, Sonia, came with her family to see the kittens. They originally only wanted a boy, but then she liked Faith as well, so she and Faraday are reserved now and will be adopted on Wednesday. After they left, I spent the rest of the afternoon watching Lucifer with Faith and Fabian on my lap.
