The 2nd & 3rd; These things have to be done.
The 2nd of June.
It has been a most agreeable Sunday. This morning, I got to watch my lovely Tom co-host Sunday Brunch, and we had a surprise visit from Nicole (with some cat paperwork) who came and met Fabio. I told her that I'd put him on the website, and she said she'd put him on the Facebook page. He is such a gorgeous kitty, he must tug at someone's heartstrings.
After lunch, I had a hairwash, then a little lie down during Gardener's Question Time. It is such an excellent way to relax, it cannot even be ruined by the fact that Toff from Made In Chelsea feels the same way I do about it. Did my core exercises, then I came back downstairs to watch the second episode of Good Omens with Fabio. However, Daddy decided to drill into the walls to put up hanging baskets, and it was so loud that he hid under the chair for most of the time. He did eventually come out and have a hug on my lap. Poor sensitive kitty.
The 3rd of June.
I have been more tired than normal every day for like a week now, but I haven't slept particularly badly so I don't know why. Maybe I will have to have lie-ins for a few days and see if that helps. Probably won't have one tomorrow because I'm going to try Gabapentin again tonight to see if the flu symptoms happen again. Not really looking forward to waking up in the morning but these things have to be done.
Today I've been crocheting and keeping the kitty company. I'm making something for Harry's dedication on Sunday, so I did a bit of that this morning, then after lunch I finished the element I was making before going to watch two more Lucifers. During the first one he was being very cute and cuddly, wanting lots of hugs, but in the second he decided to be mad and race up and down the room, repeatedly going behind the television and fighting with sheets of newspaper. I'll probably finish Lucifer tomorrow, and then I'll be bereft. I shall just end up bingeing in Good Omens instead.
